Directors that Benedict Cumberbatch has worked with and fellow actors who have nothing but kind words about him ;) Ya see, it’s not just his fans who praise him about his brilliant acting and just overall being a decent person :)

I think that the amazing thing about being a fan of Benedict is that a major part about it is being in love with his acting, his versatility, about him changing in front of your eyes and becoming that character, so vastly different from his own persona.

Benedict himself has said that he thinks people are being attracted to him, because they mistake his roles for his own private person - - - au contraire, mon cher, they know exactly where your character ends and where you as a person begin !

So, unlike with other movie stars, being a fan of Benedict is not about his celebrity status, about him starring in major block busters, about him playing leading men and romantic heroes, it is, for the most part, about being in love with his craft - he simply is excellent in what he does for a living, and it shows, and it impresses and amazes !

He is quite amazing, but there’s no mistaking the real him for the characters he plays.

I just love reading what other people think of him. I don’t think I’ve ever heard a bad word.
